  typo3 - Problem bei der Installation

Meine Frage:
Ich wollte mir heute typo3 installieren, allerdings funktioniert es noch nicht. Ich verwende xampp und wenn ich localhost/typo3/install.php aufrufe kommt: The Install Tool is locked. To enable the Install Tool, the file ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL must be created in the directory typo3conf/. The file must be writable by the web server user. The filename is case-sensitive but the file itself can be empty. Weiß jemand, wie ich das Problem lösen kann ?

Meine Ideen:
Das Problem ist, dass ich gar kein Verzeichnis typo3conf/ finden kann.
Wenn ich auf localhost/typo3/ gehe, kommt der normale cms Login.
